Ensiled Grape Marc
Consisting predominantly of pressed grape flesh,
skins and pips, Ensiled Grape Marc is a co-product from the pressing of grape
pulp for alcohol production. As this
process occurs over a very short time period, the Grape Marc is stored in
silage pits. This ensures consistency of
supply throughout the year.
